Sony really have been embarrassing themselves whining about Microsoft haven’t they? Jim’s criticisms of Scarlet/Violet have convinced me that it’s not the game for me.
With Gungrave i’ll stick with easy for sure.
So once again a game comes out poorly because it’s rushed for the competitive scene, honestly I feel like devs obsession with catering to a minority of hardcore fans has hurt game development more then helped it, Street Fighter 5 being a prime example, being rushed out early for EVO and getting finished later seriously hurt sales of it as everyone who wasn’t a hardcore competitor didn’t bother buying it until the game was actually finished months later. Jim is right that blaming the Switch does let Gamefreak and their laziness off the hook.
I hate it when games punish you for daring to want to play by yourself, that godawful Metroid Prime 3DS game was a major offender in that department.
